There are 65 cabins in the valley and many have been here for close to 100 years. The cabins are often described by guests as cozy. Time seems to stop in the Valley of Hidden Paradise. If your hoping to get your kids/grandkids off their electronic devices this is the place for you. A trip to Hidden Paradise is a tremendous value as all of the main activities are free; tubing, fishing, hiking, climbing and nature walks on the cowboy trail. The cabin has everything you need to cook/grill and make your own cocktails. Guests rarely if ever have a desire to leave the valley except to get a chicken fried steak or prime rib up town one evening. About the space... The cabin sits on the bend of the Pine creek Rapids. Stream access is right across the bridge. This is an excellent place to hop in the refreshingly cool water on warm days. The cabin itself has been entirely remodeled with updated flooring, paint, trim, fixtures, artwork, bathrooms, beds and a brand new kitchen featuring hickory cabinets, dark counter-tops and a barn wood style backslash. Solid sliding doors are prevalent through out the cabin. The newly added screened in porch overlooks the rapids and is sure to be a hit with a large round patio table that accommodates 10. Opposite the table is a butchers block bar that's prefect for staging appetizers and cocktails before exiting out onto the large two tiered composite deck. On the deck to the right a portable fire pit will greet you, straight ahead is a fantastic sun bathing area and down the steps to the second level is a BBQ/ Smokers Paradise via the Green Mountain Grill. Cocktails on the built in reclining bench are a great way to enjoy the ambiance of the rushing water and reminiscence on the experiences of the day. On rare circumstances we would consider a one night stay during the week depending upon the time of the year so feel free to ask.

The futon folds down to sleep one person. The back room has 2 twin beds and dresser as well. It leads to a fenced backyard with shaded patio and gas grill. The kitchenette features refrigerator, stove top, oven & microwave. Cupboards are stocked with dishware/utensils/cookware. The dining area has a formica table and seats 3 or 4. The bathroom has a tub/shower unit. (Not ADA compliant).The utility room offers a washer and dryer. Plenty of parking available to side and front of building.

This is a great quiet lake community. Our property has a lake on one side of it and a river on the other. This cabin is so spacious, woody, and comfortable. The beds are all memory foam and very nice. In the area, people kayak or canoe the river and lake, airboat on the North Loup River that flows by. We have an airboat ramp for use. The area has many fun things to do. A Distillery, a winery, a few restaurants, horse racing nearby in Grand Island. There is much more!

The living room has a comfortable sectional and 42” Smart HDTV. The king bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet and a 50” HDTV with Roku. The home office has a desk with monitors, Ethernet cord, key board and mouse. The love seat pulls out to a twin bed for a child. The Cottage also includes a full kitchen, walk in shower, laundry room, and fenced back yard patio. Your behaved pets under 25 lbs are welcome!
